A very nice set of civilian club/organization pins from the state of Wuerttemberg. The three antlers in the shield are the crest of  the Württemberg region. The first two are golden membership pins from the Sch.(wäbischer) Alb Verein, in other words, a regional Alpine Club. Schwäbisch is a German dialect. Most likely a hiking/mountain club?   The Württemberg Landesverein pin is a sovereign official, regional badge, this one could be related to the area's agricultural/Red Cross relief/emergency board for foodstuff.   The decorative rosette is from the Württemberg-Schwäbischer Choral Club, sporting the regional colors of red/black.   There's no doubt these all came from the same person and the fact that he's a doctor makes good sense too, if you think about it for a while - physical activity, public assistance and singing. Sounds like a well-rounded professional to me.    I might add this is the only Doctors collar tab I have ever seen -  fantastic.            Excellent
