Authentic  SS Ring In 835 Silver

    The ring is ≈ 22mm across the diameter with uniform patina around the outside and very heavy dark patina in the hollow area below the Sig Runes inner surface.  The SS Runes are surrounded with black enamel which is free from chips, cracks or other.  I had an opportunity to show an "expert" on SS Honor Rings and TR Jewelry this ring at the last SOS and he confirmed it was authentic and to the period before 1945.  I did not have the papers of authentication drawn up because of the cost vs. value of the ring itself.  This is not an SS Honor Ring nor is is $ 7000.00, many collectors only wear their rings to shows; however, this could be worn when ever the owner wishes because should it be lost it would not be a catastrophe.  The inside of the ring is marked 835.      V. Hand Engraved Cigar Cutter

    Expensive desk ornaments were a mark of a well heeled gentlemen's desk set.  I suppose even in the early 1900's " if you have it then flaunt it was true, as it is now."  This cigar cutter is ≈ 15.5 cm in length.  It was manufactured by the edged weapons firm of ( FEILING SOLINGEN and marked accordingly ).  The cutting portion needs a bit if cleaning an lubricant.  Both sides have the of look hand engraving matching patterns, however they may be molded with black accents.    Very Good +

Stag Cigar Cutter

    This cigar cutter is ≈ 25.0 cm in length.  It was manufactured by the edged weapons firm of ( FEILING SOLINGEN while it does not have the firms name it does have their logo & D. R. G. M. marked accordingly ).  The cutting portion needs a bit if cleaning an lubricant. This one has a spring return that functions correctly.  The handle is made from genuine stag that is beautifully age toned.     Excellent -
